“We booked a high up arch view room. It was epic and clean! I highly reccomend staying here. I could see the arch from our bed, we never closed the curtains. This hotel is the perfect location for all of the action of the city. Everything is very walkable from here. The hotel has multiple delicious restaurants inside, especially the Brew House. We ate there multiple times. The lobby is clean and full of activity. Lots of free water stations. Starbucks inside the lobby is great. There is a breakfast buffet that looked great but we never tried it. I highly reccomend staying here, worth every penny”
“Hotel is in a prime location minutes from the arch at the baseball stadium. Check-in was a breeze and the rooms are updated. My curtains had a lil gunk on it, but the beds and bathroom were clean upon inspection. I had a nice view of the bridge. The moment you walk out the front door, the arch is right there for beautiful viewing. The brew house inside the hotel provided great service. The pricing is a little steep, but nothing unexpected for the area. Average meal is about $20. Pay attention to the elevators in the lobby because the left side services different floors than the left. God forbid you have a room at the end of the hall though because you’ll be zig zagging for days lol (yes, I’m being dramatic ha, but it is a lil walk to the 70s-80s room haha). There is a mini fridge in my room and a communal microwave for convenience. All in all, an easy stay.”
“This hotel is wonderful. The staff is great from the valets to the receptionists to the house keeping crew. The hotel smells wonderful; clean and fresh. The location is perfect. The Arch is just outside. Busch Stadium and the restaurants near it are within an easy walk.”
“Clean room. They had exceptional customer service for check in and check out. Pool is indoor and heated and stays open til 11pm which was awesome for our little one. Breakfast was typical hotel breakfast. Free coffee station in lobby however tasted like hot water. Not sure it was just a fluck but coffee in room was fine. Thanks Hyatt for your hospitality!”
“Clean, well-maintained rooms with very comfortable beds. I had a great view of the Arch from my window and really enjoyed the stay. One thing to note is that the walk to the rooms can be quite long depending on which room you’re assigned, so keep that in mind if mobility or convenience is a priority. Elevators are generally fast, though they can get busy during peak hours with stops on many floors. The hotel is right in downtown, making the location excellent and very convenient. Absolutely recommended — I loved my stay and would happily return.”
